Georgie was a conscientious, professional and diligent Access worker who supported one of our actors inside a large organisation and whilst working on a technically very complicated production. She is attentive and proactive, and managed the variety of tasks needed with professionalism.

Georgie is an exceptional PA that goes above and beyond to support and advocate for those she works with. Her experience is immediately clear when you start working with her; she is always communicative, bright, and a brilliant source of knowledge. It's often difficult to advocate for your own needs in creative and underfunded environments, but Georgie has a real talent for making spaces accessible for everyone.

I cannot recommend Georgie enough. I worked with Georgie regularly over several months of a project and she was approachable and friendly, easy to build a work relationship with. Even when joining me partway through an ongoing job she picked up routines very quickly, and seamlessly integrated into the team. She is incredibly attentive and great at anticipating needs and able to quickly adapt when needs change. She is also incredibly clear at communicating, and always organised. She was able to advocate on my behalf when I needed things changing slightly around access making it easier to get on with my job. 

Georgie enabled me to carry out my job as an actor confident that my access needs were going to be met and that she would be there to support me. Absolutely loved working with her and am looking forward to the next opportunity we get to work together.
